Jan brings 25 years of experience across the full continuum of senior care, including independent living, care homes, assisted living, memory care, mental health, and hospital settings. She specializes in guiding families through transitions, providing clear care navigation, and offering strong advocacy during complex decision‑making moments.

 

She holds a BA and an MAEd, is licensed as an Assisted Living Administrator in both Virginia and North Carolina, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Jan is also a Certified Professional Geriatric Care Manager, reflecting her commitment to high standards of practice and ethical, person‑centered support.

 

With deep operational knowledge and a calm, steady approach, Jan helps families feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate the aging journey.
